Q. What do you do with your other foot without the Rockit?

Use it to push forward at desired speeds. You can rest your foot on the back end of Rockit.
Advantage: You have only one foot strapped and the other giving you total movement control.

Q. What benefits does Rockit have?

It allows you to safely and easily transport your body at desired speeds.
Gets you to where you need to go on time.
Improves your cardiovascular workout.
Helps you catch the bus if not beat it.
The Rockit is also used for playing ball hockey in some countries.

Q. How do you ride the Rockit?

Step 1. Placing desired foot and align it properly onto Rockit Footboard surface.
Step 2. Secure foot in place with Ratchet Strap (foot should not move around-try wiggling it).
Step 3. Stand tall with knees slightly bent and your back slightly tilted forward-begin riding.
*Remember* Start slowly and build your speed only after you learn to ride and stop properly.

Q. How do you stop?

There are four ways you can stop!
1. Push down on the heel and it will slow you down to a complete stop.
2. Push down with your toes and stop with the front toe brake.
3. Drag free foot until it slows you down to a complete stop.
4. Hop onto free foot completely.


Q. Where and when can I ride the Rockit?

We suggest you learn to ride the Rockit in a safe, smooth paved, and empty parking lot.

Rockit helps you catch the bus, get to school, work, skate parks, malls, campus & play sports.

Q. Is it safe to ride?

Absolutely! The Rockit is no more dangerous to use than any other self-propelled sports & recreational product. Ride the Rockit on flat smooth surfaces and at respected speeds to avoid risk of injury.

 **Remember if you notice that you are losing your balance as you ride. Lean to use the free foot; to stop and/or hop onto foot completely.
